Shipping
Due to the size of these products, ground shipping is the most cost
effective shipping method available.
The total shipping time for your order is calculated from the time your
order is placed until the time it leaves our shop. We need this time to
fulfill your order and, in most cases, custom build the product.
Return and Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We've set specific
guidelines to ensure a quick and easy return and exchange.
Most important is that you inspect the package at the time of delivery.
Ask the freight carrier for a copy of the delivery receipt.
It is your responsibility to check that all items are accounted for before you sign.
If the product is damaged in shipping, you may choose to refuse the delivery.
If only part of an item is damaged, you may accept the order, note the
damages, and contact us. We may be able to replace damaged pieces.
Warranty Information
Purchase Guarantee: 30 day money back guarantee, no questions asked. If
not completely satisfied, simply return your furniture in the original
container within 30 days.
Full 10 year warranty on all parts. If a part breaks during the
warranty period, we will send you the replacement part at no charge.
The warranty does not cover labor to install the part unless the
furniture is returned to our facility. If you return the furniture to
our facility, and prepay the freight, we will be happy to make any
repairs free of charge. If we repair the damaged part, at our facility,
and find that the damage was due to manufacturer's defect, we will
reimburse you for the shipping costs. Prior to return shipping, you
must contact us for packaging instructions. Unfortunately, we cannot
cover damage caused by negligence or natural disaster.
All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a
refund, which may include an in-store credit or credit to the original
payment method. We will credit you for the total purchase price, upon
receipt of the product, less any applicable restocking fees. If you are
returning a product that was originally purchased with a gift
certificate, you will receive an in-store credit as your refund. If
there was an error on our part, please contact us within 30 days and we
will send you the correct product, replacement product, or replacement
parts at no cost to you.
